慢性阻叁性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9浓度与肺通气功能变化的关系

摘    要:摘要目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的血清MMP-9、TIMP-1浓度的变化及其与肺通气功能变化的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法检测56例AECOPD患者和32名健康人血清中MMP-9、1 TIMP-1浓度。结果AECOPD患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1浓度(126.89±113.84)ng/mL、(226.28±105.133)ng/mL]明显高于对照组i(28.65±16.43)ng/mL、(132.69±40.41)ng/mL,P〈0.01I。AECOPD组和对照组血清MMP-9、r11MP-1浓度与FEV1占预计值%具有负相关性(r=-0.591、-O.651,P〈0.01);AECOPD组和对照组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1浓度与FEV1/FVC%具有负相关性(r=-0.558、-0.653,P〈0,01);MMP-9/TIMP-1比率与FEV1占预计值%及FEV1/nrC%具有负相关性(r:-0.363、-0.356,P〈0.05)。结论MMP-9、TIMP-1是引起肺通气功能下降很重要的因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of matrix metallop roteinase(MMP) - 9 ,tissue inhibitor of matrixmetallop rotein- ase(TIMP) -1 expression in the serum of patients with AECOPD as well as the correlation between the expressions of these factors and lung function. Methods The levels of serum MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 in 56 patients with AECOPD and 30 healthy donors were ex- amined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay ( EL ISA). Results The serum levels of MMP - 9, TIMP - 1 ( 126.89 + 113.84) ng/ mL, (226.28 + 105. 133)ng/mL] in the patientswith COPD were statistically significant higher than those of the control group (28. 65 _+ 16.43 ) ng/mL, ( 132.69 --. 40.41 ) ng/mL,P 〈 0.01 ]. There was Significantly negative correlation between the levels of MMP - 9, TIMP - 1 in serum and FEV1% ( r = - 0.591, - 0.651, respectively ,P 〈 0.01 ). This negative correlation was also seen between MMP - 9,TIMP - 1 and FEV1/FVC% ( r = - 0. 558, - 0. 653, respectively, P 〈 0.01 ). Further - more, negative relationship swere observed between the ratio ofMMP -9/TIMP - 1 and FEV1%, as well as MMP- 9/TIMP- 1 and FEV1/FVC% (r = -0.363, -0. 356 respectively ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion MMP- 9 and TIMP- 1 may play an important role in the development of airway obstruction.
