| 摘 要： | 鸡胚作为经典的发育学模型,广泛应用于生物学的各个领域。胚胎在发育过程中对外界刺激敏感,其中氧化应激是导致早期胚胎发育损伤的机制之一。已有研究利用各种应激原负荷建立不同的鸡胚氧化应激模型,用于探讨氧化应激对胚胎发育的不良影响,研究疾病的发生机制,筛选和评价药物的活性。该文对鸡胚氧化应激模型的研究进展加以综述,为今后的相关研究提供参考。
