| 摘 要： | 本文就非洲安哥拉17所中方承建的医院建设项目技术设计进行总结分析。着重论述涉外功能交钥匙医院项目(EPC)在项目前期策划、规划、设计和项目工程实践中应把医疗工艺设计作为独立设计环节和专业设计加以重视。医疗工艺设计直接关系到建筑设计和医院建设质量;关系到中方履约EPC医院合同项目信用及利益。 |
