复肝灵对兔四氯化碳肝损伤后的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药制剂复肝灵颗粒对兔CCl4肝损伤的治疗作用。方法:采用10% CCl4油溶液5?ml/kg皮下注射建立兔实验性肝损伤模型,设生理盐水对照组、CCl4模型组、复肝灵(FGL)高、中、低剂量治疗组,对血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、r 谷氨酰基转移酶(r GT)、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白进行检测研究。结果:CCl4模型组体重明显降低,与生理盐水对照组相比有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),FGL治疗组体重有所降低,但与生理盐水对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05); CCl4模型组兔血清AST、ALT和r GT较生理盐水对照组和3个FGL治疗组显著增(P<0.01); FGL?3个剂量组均能明显降低CCl4所引起的肝组织丙二醛(MDA)的升高(P<0.01);在光学和电子显微镜下显示的组织学结构,FGL治疗组与对照组相比均有明显的修复。结论:复肝灵对兔CCl4肝损伤有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine “Fuganling” (FGL)on liver injury induced by CCl4 in rabbits. Methods: Experimental liver injury models of rabbits were established by hyodermic injection of CCl4 oil solution(10%, 5?ml/kg), and then they were distributed to pumping brine group(control), CCl4 group, and high, median, low dose FGL group. The blood serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the glutamic pyruvic transaminase(ALT), the r glutamltransferase(r GT), the gross protein, the albumin, and the globin were tested 2 months later. Results: (1) The body weights decreased obviously in CCl4 indued injury group compared with brine group(P<0.01), while they decreased unconspicuously in FGL therapy groups compared with brine groups(P>0.05); (2) Levels of serum AST, ALT and r GT in CCl4 induced injury groups increased obviously compared with FGL therapy groups (P<0.01); (3) CCl4 indued liver MDA enhance was decreased by FGL evidently (P<0.01); (4) Microscope and electron microscopy revealed that the liver structure had been ameliorated in Fuganling treatment groups. Conclusion: Fuganling has obviously protection effect on liver injury.
