| 摘 要： | 研究转染ｐｗｑ＾２１ＷＡＦ１／ＣＩＰ１对肾癌失足 凋亡作用。方法：采用脂质体介导的逆录病毒载体将ｐ２１＾ＷＡＦ１／ＣＩＰ１转入无Ｐ２１蛋白表达的肾癌细胞ＧＲＣ－１中,通过是,流式细胞仪,ＤＮＡ梯电泳检测细胞凋亡。结果：电镜检测到凋亡细胞,ＤＮＡ电泳呈梯状。所检测细胞中１５．３％出现凋亡。结论：ｐ２１＾ＷＡＦ１／ＣＩＰ１过表达有促进ＧＲＣ－１细胞凋亡作用。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the role of p21WAF1/CIP1 genetransfection on renal carcinoma cells apoptosis. Methods:transelectronmicroscope. flowcytometry and DNA elctophoresiswere used to observe cells apoptosis which induced bylipofection-mediated p21WAF1/CIP1 transfection in GRC- lcells.Results: Apoptosis cells could be seen by electron microscope,the "DNA ladder" appeared on DNA electrophoresis, and anapoptotic peak appeared in front of G1 phase,the apoptoticcells accounted for 15. 3%. Conclusion: It confirmed thatthe overexpression of p21WAF1/CIP1 can induce apoptosis inGRC-1 cells. |
