摘    要:目的评价不同部位手术切口白内障超声乳化吸除非折叠式人工晶体植入术的方法和临床疗效。方法对110例(110眼)白内障患者,随机分A、B、C3组行白内障超声乳化非折叠式人工晶体植入术,其中A组38眼为上方巩膜隧道切口,B组44眼为上方角巩膜缘切口,C组28眼为上方透明角膜切口。并于术后第1天、1周、1个月、3个月观察术后裸眼视力、角膜散光及手术并发症发生情况。结果3组术后近期及远期裸眼视力无显著差异。A组、B组术后散光无显著差异。C组术后散光最大,有统计学意义,其术后并发症多。结论巩膜隧道切口、角巩膜缘切口优于透明角膜切口,安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the methods and the operative effects induced by different corneal incisions of phacoemulsification with non-foldable of PC IOL implantation.Methods 110eyes(110patients)were randomly divided into Group A(38eyes),Gupup B(44eyes)and Guoup C(28eyes),which were performed the phacoemulsification with implantation of a non-foldable IOL though a limbus tunnel incision,scleral tunnel,and a clear corneal incision,respectively.Postoperatively,the vision acuity,corneal astigmatism and complication were observed at one day,on week,one month and 3 months.Result There were no significant differences in the vision acuitys of 3 groups in the near and specified future,statistically.There were no significant differences in corneal astigmatisms and various compications,statistically.Group C there were the biggest degrees of corneal astigmatism and various complications,statistically.Coclusions scleral and corneascleral incisiom are better than the clear corneat incision,safer and more reliable.
