乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA负荷和肝组织超微结构损伤的相关性

摘    要:探讨乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA负荷和肝组织超微结构损伤的相关性。采用免疫荧光定量聚合酶链和超微病理学技术,分别检测随机选择的40例乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA负荷和其肝组织超微结构损伤。血清 HBV DNA水平和肝组织某些超微结构损伤(线粒体肿胀、溶酶体增多、汇管区淋巴细胞浸润、Kupffer细胞增生、肝细胞淤胆和间质纤维组织增生)呈正相关,但不呈直线相关(re=0.21,t=1.12,P>0.05);血清HBV DNA水平和肝组织某些超微结构损伤(内质网增生扩张、高尔基体扩张、贮脂细胞增生、毛细胆管扩张淤胆、毛细血管增生)无相关性(P>0.05)。乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA负荷和其肝组织某些超做结构损伤有相关性。

To study the relation of the levels of HBVDNA in serum with the injures of super microstructure of the liver tissues of the patients with hepatitis virus B

Abstract:To study the relationship between the levels of HBVDNA in the serum and injures in the liver tissues of the patients with hepatitis virus B. 40 cases patients with chronic hepatitis B collected by random sampling method were detected the levels of HBVDNA in the serum by immunofluorescence polymerase chain quantitation technique and injures in the liver tissues by supermi-cropathological technique. For the patients with hepatitis virus B, there were positive correlation hetween levels of HBVDNA in the serum and some injures (Swelling of mitochondria, Increase of lysnsomes. Lymphocyte infiltration in portal area. Generation of Kupffer's cell, Cholestasis in hepatocytes and fibrosis in interstitial) in the liver tissues, but there wasn't significant positive linear correlation between them ( re = 0.21, t = 1.12, P > 0.05), there were not positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA in the serum and other injures (Generation of SER and RER, Dilatation of Golgi's body, Generation of fat - storing cells, Cholestasis in cholangiole and Generation of capillaries) in the liver tissues. There was positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA in the serum and some injures in the liver tissues of the patients with hepatitis virus B.
