温阳中药对肝纤维化大鼠血流动力学的影响

目的观察温阳中药对肝纤维化大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,分为两组,治疗组给予温阳中药,对照组予等量等渗盐水,疗程结束后检测肝脏及肠系膜血流动力学指标、肝功能及肝组织羟脯氨酸含量。结果肝脏表面血流每100 g体重多普勒值:正常组为(21.9±1.3)ml/min, 模型对照组为(7.5±0.4)ml/min、未治疗对照组为(11.7±0.7)ml/min、治疗组为(16.0±0.8)ml/min, t值分别为30.776、20.333和11.513,P值均<0.01;肠系膜表面血流多普勒值:正常组为(40.9±1.8)ml/min、模型对照组为(26.1±0.9)ml/min、未治疗对照组为(30.3±1.2)ml/min、治疗组为(34.9±1.1)ml/min, 治疗组的恢复显著,不仅多普勒值明显高于模型对照组(t值分别为29.94 5和18.527,P<0.01),而且也明显高于未治疗对照组(t值分别为12.64 1和8.309,P<0.01);肠系膜微血管血流速度均明显大于未治疗对照组;同时,肝脏内羟脯氨酸含量显著下降,血清肝功能明显好转。结论温阳中药可改善肝脏及肠系膜的微循环,减少肝脏内的胶原沉积,改善肝细胞功能。

Influence of wen-yang herbs on hemodynamics in liver fibrotic rats

Objective To observe the influence of wen-yang herbs on the hemodynamics in liver fibrotic rats. Methods Wistar rats with liver fibrosis, induced by carbon tetrachloride and alcohol, were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was administered wen-yang herbs and the control group saline. At the end of the experiment, the hemodynamic markers of the liver and the mesentery, the liver function and hydroxyproline content of liver tissues between the two groups were compared. Blood volume of the livers and hydrox-yproline content of liver tissues were also determined. Results Blood volume of the liver and mesentery (P < 0.01) and blood flow velocity of small vein of mesentery (P < 0.05) of the treatment group were distinctly higher than the control group. The hydroxyproline content (P < 0.01) of the treatment group was remarkably reduced and liver function was improved. Conclusion Wen-yang herbs can activate microcirculation of the liver and mesentery, decrease the deposit of collagen in the liver and improve liver function.
