义齿大基板对口腔黏膜微循环的影响

目的:研究义齿大基板对口腔黏膜微循环的影响.方法:对22例牙缺失行义齿大基板修复的患者,分别在修复前、修复后7天及修复后4周,对义齿修复区的牙槽嵴的黏膜微循环血流量进行检测.结果:同义齿修复前相比,修复后短时间内大基板覆盖区牙槽嵴顶黏膜的微循环血流量明显下降,而唇侧黏膜的微循环血流量则明显升高.随着修复时间的延长,上述修复区域黏膜的微循环血流量都逐渐恢复,到修复后4周时已基本恢复正常.结论:义齿大基板修复对牙槽嵴黏膜微循环的影响是应激性的,并可以恢复.

The effects of removable partial dentures (RPD) on alveolar mucosal microcirculation

Objective: To study the effects of removable partial dentures (RPD) on alveolar mucosal microcirculation.Methods: The alveolar mucosal microcirculation of 22 partially edentulous subjects was measured by videomicroscopebefore restoration, 7th day and 4th week after wearing the RPD. The variance of the alveolar mucosal microcirculation atdifferant time before was compared. Results: The mucosal microcirculation of maxillary alveolar ridge crest under the bigbase decreased significantly in the early period of wearing the RPD (P<0.05), those of labial region of maxillary anterioralveolar ridge increased significantly (P<0.05), compared with the levels before wearing the RPD. 4 weeks after wearingthe RPD, the mucosal microcirculation almost recovered as before. Conclusions: The effects of the big basic of RPD onthe alveolar mucosal microcirculation is a responsiveness. And it can be recovered.
