绝经后女性冠心病患者性激素、血脂变化及意义

目的探讨绝经后女性性激素水平、血脂变化与冠心病（Coronargheartdisease，CHD）的关系。方法选择35例绝经后女性CHD患者作为观察组，另选择33例健康绝经妇女为对照组，检测两组的血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、催乳素（PRL）、促黄体生成素（LH）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）水平，并进行比较分析。结果绝经后女性CHD患者E2水平较对照组Ⅱ月显降低（P〈0．05），血脂四项中TC、TG和LDL—C较对照组明显增高（P〈0．05和P〈0．01），而HDL—C则较对照组明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论绝经后女性CHD患者血脂升高与雌激素水平降低有关，它们共同参与绝经后CHD的发生与发展。

Serum sex hormone and lipids change and its significance in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate serum sex hormone and lipids change and its significance in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods In 35 postmenopausal women with CHD and 33 normal subjects, the levels of E2,P, FSH,PRL,LH, TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were measured and compared. Results Compared with control group, the serum level of E2 in postmenopausal women with CHD decreased significantly ( P＜ 0.05 ), levels of serum TC, TG and LDL-C increased significantly ( P＜0.05 or P＜0.01 ), while HDL-C decreased significantly ( P＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion The increase of serum lipids are closely related to the decrease of serum E2 in postmenopausal women with CHD, and they are involve in the genesis and progression of CHD in postmenopausal women.
