化学热液烫伤合并中毒的诊治

目的探讨化学热液烫伤的特点和治疗措施.方法对67例化学热液烫伤患者的致伤原因、致伤剂的化学成分、创面处理及解毒方法进行了分析和研究.特别是对含多种成分的化学热液烫伤应采取的正确方法进行了讨论.结果通过采用解毒、针对性的创面处理、早期切痂和植皮,67例患者全部治愈.结论对多种成分的化学热液烫伤,诊断和治疗上应优先解决中毒问题,创面处理应针对数量最多、毒性最强物质,早期切痂植皮效果良好.

Diagnosis and Treatment of Scalds and Toxicities Caused by Chemical Hot Liquids

Objective: To discuss the specialties and care of scalds caused by chemical hot liquid. Methods: 67 cases of chemical burns by hot chemical liquids were included in this report. The injury causes, ingredients of chemicals, wounds care and detoxication method were analyzed and researched, especially the correct care method for those chemicals composed of multiple ingredients. Results: 67 cases were all cured by means of detoxification, special wound care with pertinence, early excision and skin graft. Conclusion: More attentions should be paid to detoxification and the major ingredient in the treatment of multiple chemical hot liquid burns. Early excision should be also recommended.
