| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同周期诱导化疗及放疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)疗效和毒性的影响.方法:51例经病理证实的NSCLC分为诱导化疗≤3周期(A组)和＞3周期(B组),分别加常规放疗DT 50～70 Gy 5～7周.结果:A、B两组近期有效率分别为69.2%和68.0%(P＞0.05);3年生存率分别为11.5%和12.0%(P＞0.05);Ⅲ～Ⅳ级消化道反应分别为3.8%和20.0%(P＞0.05);Ⅲ～Ⅳ级骨髓抑制分别为7.7%和36.0%(P＜0.05).结论:不同周期诱导化疗加放疗对局部晚期NSCLC的疗效相当,但≤3周期毒性明显减低.
