Bringing into play school-running characteristics conducting teaching reform to build super university of Chinese medicine

School-running characteristics of the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine can be summed up in the following six parts: teaching of courses of classical literature combined with clinical practice is the basis of educational reform of Chinese medicine; advantages of modern educational technology are used in teaching and practice of Chinese diagnostics; talent nurturing and managing modes of the seven-year program of Chinese medicine are reformed; curriculum system for postgraduate education is reformed; the policy of people oriented is adopted and research of applied psychology is done; and the evaluating and managing system for clinical teaching base is constructed.
