有氧运动对冠状动脉支架术后患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨有氧运动对冠状动脉支架术后患者血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法收集深圳市盐田区人民医院2017年1月至2018年12月行冠状动脉支架植入治疗的患者78例,其中有氧运动组40例,对照组38例,对比两组干预前后一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)浓度的变化。结果试验前,两组患者NO和ET-1浓度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。完成6周的有氧运动治疗后,有氧运动组患者的NO浓度明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(13.29±3.42)pg/mL vs.(10.26±2.30)pg/mL,P<0.05];且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(13.29±3.42)pg/mL vs.(10.28±2.32)pg/mL,P<0.05]。完成6周的有氧运动治疗后,有氧运动组患者ET-1浓度明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(54.87±4.52)pg/mL vs.(59.49±4.55)pg/mL,P<0.05];且显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(54.87±4.52)pg/mL vs.(58.94±4.52)pg/mL,P<0.05]。结论有氧运动治疗可有效调节冠状动脉支架术后患者NO及ET-1浓度,从而改善血管内皮功能。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the function of vascular endothelial cells in patients after coronary artery stenting.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary artery stent implantation in Shen?zhen Yantian District People′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected,including 40 patients in aerobic exercise group and 38 patients in control group.Changes of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)con?centrations before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results Before the experiment,con?centrations of NO and ET-1 between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of aerobic exercise treatment,concentration of NO in aerobic exercise group was significantly higher than that before intervention(13.29±3.42)pg/mL vs.(10.26±2.30)pg/mL,P<0.05],and significantly higher than that in control group(13.29±3.42)pg/mL vs.(10.28±2.32)pg/mL,P<0.05];concentration of ET-1 in aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that before intervention(54.87±4.52)pg/mL vs.(59.49±4.55)pg/mL,P<0.05],and significantly lower than that in control group(54.87±4.52)pg/mL vs.(58.94±4.52)pg/mL,P<0.05].Conclusions Aerobic exercise therapy can effectively regulate concentrations of NO and ET-1 in patients after coronary stent implantation,so as to improve vascular endothelial function.
