| 摘 要： | 患者，男，68岁。双侧面颊部黄色丘疹斑块2年。组织病理特征符合日光性弹力纤维病。给予羟氯喹，维胺脂胶囊，泼尼松片口服及醋酸曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外用。治疗后2周后，局部皮肤变软，黄色丘疹减少。

| Abstract: | A 68-year-old male presented with yellow papules and patches on the cheek for two years.Histopathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of solar elastin disease.The patient was treated with oral hydroxychloroquine,viaminate capsules,prednisone,and topical triamcinolone acetonide acetate and econazole nitrate cream.The lesions were softened and the number of yellow papules were decreased after treatment of 2 weeks. |
