| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肾母细胞瘤组织中VEGF、PTEN的表达。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法进行研究 ,抗人VEGF多克隆抗体和抗人PTEN多克隆抗体分别用于检测 43例肾母细胞瘤手术切除标本和 11例瘤旁肾组织中VEGF与PTEN的表达情况。结果 :VEGF在肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达明显高于正常瘤旁肾组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。PTEN在肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达明显低于正常瘤旁肾组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。VECF、PTEN的表达与性别、年龄和病理学分型无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而与临床分期明显相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肾母细胞瘤组织中VEGF、PTEN的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移和发展有关 ,可被认为是肾母细胞侵袭性的标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investingate the expressions of VEGFand PTEN in nephroblastoma.Methods VEGF and PTEN expression in 43 cases of tumors and 11 cases of renal sections were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin peroxides methods. Results Expressions of VEGF were higher in nephroblastoma than in normal renal tissue(P<0.05).Expressions of PTEN were lower in nephroblastoma than in normal renal tissue(P<0.05). There were no significant associations between the expressions of VEGF and PTEN,and gender,age and histopathologic type(P>0.05). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and PTEN in nephroblastoma are related to invasion and progression,and might be considered as a marker for aggression of the malignancy. |
