| 摘 要： | 自1991年1月～1992年12月,采用Chiari骨盆内移截骨术治疗大龄先天性髋关节脱位、重建髋关节功能12例共13个髋。全部病例均获得随访,根据临床及X线片评价,疗效优良率达85％。对应用Chiari骨盆内移截骨术重建髋关节功能的适应证、术式应用价值及临床效果等有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Twelve cases (13 hips) of congenital dislocation of hip (CDH)in a group above the age of six were treated by Chiari pelvic osteotomy from Jan. 1991 to Dec. 1992. The results following operative treatment rated as good in 85 percents according to the clinical and radiologic examinations. The indications, and the results with the operation as the functional reconstuction of the hip concerned were discussed. |
