| 摘 要： | 目的：将趾移植对手和足部损伤减少到最低限度并简化麻醉和手术操作以缩短手术时间。方法：局部浸润麻醉下切取趾关节，不解剖足背动脉、大隐静脉和第一跖背动脉，携带趾背伸肌腱及皮岛，进行指－趾动静脉血管吻合，指趾骨钢丝捆扎固定，早期进行功能康复。结果：4例手术成功，术后6个月，关节活动度平均37．5度。结论：局麻下吻合指趾血管的近趾关节切取和移植术的简单、损伤小、效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To shorten operation time by applying simplified anaesthesia and modified operative manipulation and minimize the damage on hand and foot. Methods: To dissect proximal interphalangeal joint of toe with extensor tendon and skin island under local infiltration anaesthesia . Then anastomose digital proper arteries and veins of toe and finger without dissecting dosalis pedis artery , great saphenous vein and 1st dorsal matatarsal artery. Bones were fixed by wire binding . The transplanted joints underwent rehabilitant in early stage. Results: All 4 cases were successful and average joint motion range was 37.5 |
