平衡记分卡在急诊科绩效管理中的应用

摘    要:基于平衡记分卡理论,分析了某院急诊科绩效管理现状,确定了急诊科的战略目标和科室绩效目标,提出了改进措施,设计了绩效衡量指标,通过实施,取得了一定效果。建议科室绩效管理应用平衡记分卡,应注重全员理念的转变,领导参与,有效沟通和管理团队的合作,同时强调配套的薪酬分配措施和有效的信息系统的建立是保证平衡记分卡应用的关键。
