| 摘 要： | 采用一种新型的运作模式，实现边远与经济欠发达地区的远程医学会诊（咨询）与远程医学教育。在技术平台和设备上改变大而全的观念，注重流程的设计和正确的激励措施，使系统能够长期、持久、正常的运行，是新疆远程医疗、远程医学教育可持续发展的关键。

| Abstract: | A new operation mode is adopted, in order to realize the remote medical consultation and remote medical education n back and underdeveloped area. It changes the concept that ＂large＂ represents ＂comprehensive＂ in technical platform and equipment, and pays much attention to process design and right incentive measures. By doing so, the system can run persistently and normally, which is the key for sustainable development of Xinjiang remote medical treatment and remote medical education. |
