摘    要:侧脑室注射前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)引起动脉血压升高,其升压效应可部分地被6—羟基多巴胺或酚妥拉明阻断;这两种药物联合使用可完全阻断升压效应.育亨宾、哌唑嗪和心得安对PGE_2升压效应无影响.中枢PGE_2升压效应与肾上腺素α、β受体无直接联系;可能与肾上腺素能神经突触前膜和突触后膜分别存在的两类不同性质的作用点有关。

Abstract:Effect of intracerebroventricularly(icv ) administered prostaglandin E2(PGE2) on blood pressure was studied in anaesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats-The hypertensive effect induced by icv injection of PG E2 was partly inhibited by 6-hydro-xydopamne or phentolamine and totally inhibited by the combination of both of them, but not by prazosin, yohimbine or propranolol. These findings suggest that the central hypertensive effect of PG E2 is unrelated to the adrenergic or receptors. Probably there are two different kinds of action sites on the pre-and post-s ynaptic membranes of adrenergic nerve separately.
