| 摘 要： | 从吉林乌头（Aconitum kirinense)中分离得到一个C18二萜生物碱吉乌定，用MS，ID和2D NMR以及单晶X－射线分析等方法确定了它的结构为3β，4-epoxy-20-ethyl-9,14β-methylenedioxy-1α，8-dihydroxyaconitane,该化合物为第一个含有9，14－亚甲二氧基和14β取代基的去甲二萜生物碱。

| Abstract: | Kiridine, a new C18-diterpenoid alkaloid, was isolated from the roots of Aconitum kirinense. Its structure was elucidated by MS, 1D- and 2D- NMR, and mono-crystal X-ray analysis.
