| 摘 要： | 胆固醇结石与饮食营养有密切关系。我们对接受致石饮食豚鼠给予绿茶,观察豚鼠成石情况。结果表明,绿茶具有预防豚鼠胆固醇结石形成作用,其主要机理是绿茶能抑制豚鼠胆囊胆固醇吸收功能,防止胆汁中胆固醇过饱和。

| Abstract: | Cholesterol gallstone was relevant to diet and nutrition. Green-tea was to given to guinea-pig in lithogenic diet, and it was found that green-tea could prevent guinea-pig from cholesterol stone formation. The principal mechanism is that green-tea can inhibit the absorptive function of the gallbladder and thus prevent bile-cholesterol supersaturation. |
