| 摘 要： | ８８例１８个月至１４岁行纤维结肠镜检查的患儿，采用口服比沙可啶法进行肠道清洁。根据排便习惯按服药方法不同分为３组：服药Ⅰ组、术前晚１次顿服，适于每日排便者；服药Ⅱ组，术前７２ｈ开始服药；服药Ⅲ组，术前９６ｈ开始服药，后两组适于习惯２天或２天以上排便者。３组患儿术前１天进流质。对照组５０例，采用３天饮食控制加灌肠法。结果显示服药组肠道清洁有效率分别为１００％、４６７％、９０６％，Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组显著优于Ⅱ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；服药组总有效率为８４％，显著优于对照组的７４％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示口服比沙可啶法清洁肠道的效果好于灌肠法，每天排便者术前晚１次顿服即可，而排便习惯改变者以术前９６ｈ开始服药效果更佳。应用结果表明，口服比沙可啶法用于小儿肠道准备安全、简便、有效且耐受性良好。

| Abstract: | Oral administration of bisacodyl for bowel preparation before colonoscopy was done in 88 patients aged from 18 months to 14 years.The patients were classified into three groups according to their habit of cacation and medication:(1)first group,bisacodyl was taken immediately at the night before colonoscopy and cacation was more than once every day.(2)second group,bisacodyl was taken 72 hours before colonoscopy.(3)third group,bisacody1 was taken 96 hours before colonoscopy.The latter two groups were done in those cacation was only once during two days or more.All above patients were given fluid during the day before colonoscopy.50 cases by both diet control for three days and cleaning enema served as control group.The result showed that the effective rates of taken medicine was 100%,46.7%,90.6% respectively and the effective rates of first group and third group were significantly higher than that of second group ( P<0.01) .The total effective rate of medication was 84%,and more than that of control group (74%) ( P<0.05) .The trial revealed that the better efficacy of bowel preparation could be obtained by oral administation of bisacodyl compared with enema.The same effect could be gained by oral medicine at the night before colonoscopy in cases of cacation everyday and by taken 96 hours before colonoscopy in cases of cacation every two days or more.The study suggested that oral bisacodyl for bowel preparation before colonoscopy is a method of safety,simiplicity,efficacy and tolerability in children and should be recommended.
