中药联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉临床观察

目的观察中药联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法随机分组对比研究,将120例（126眼）翼状胬肉随机分为两组,治疗组为中药联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉58例（60眼）,对照组为自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉62例（66眼）,对比观察角膜创面上皮愈合时间、复发率。结果治疗组角膜上皮愈合平均时间比对照组缩短（P〈0.05）,随访观察治愈情况,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论中药联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉角膜上皮愈合时间短、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Treating With Pterygium by Chinese Medicine and Transplantation of Auto-corneal Edge Stem Cell

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pterygium by Chinese medicine and transplantation of auto -corneal edge stem cell . Methods 120 cases （ 126 eyes ） of pterygium were divided into 2 groups Treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine and transplantation of auto-corneal edge stem cell with 58 cases （60 eyes）.Control group was treated by transplantation of auto-corneal edge stem cell with 62 cases （66 eyes）.Then the average healing time and the recurrence rate of corneal epithelium 1 was observed.Results The average healing time of corneal epithelium by treat group was shorter than by control group （P＆lt;0.05）.There was a statistically significant correlation on the difference of the treat group and the control group .Conclusion It was a better method for the treatment pterygium by Chinese medicine and transplantation of auto-corneal edge stem cell .The healing time of corneal epithelium was short and the recurrence rate was low.It was more valuable for application in clinic 1.
