| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experience of the laboratory technician team building in Sun Yat-sen University Zhongshan School of Medicine as follows： establishing an incentive mechanism,keeping strengthening the spirit of dedication and contribution;strengthening the position management;the implementation of assessment and rotation system;creating the exquisite experimental techniques; promoting the harmonious development of teachers and laboratory technicians in order to enhance the quality of experiment teaching. |
