烧伤残余创面的治疗进展

烧伤残余创面常常经久不愈,严重影响治疗进程。其主要原因有营养不良、顽固性感染、局部血运不佳等。目前烧伤残余创面的治疗方法很多,但没有一种单一理想的方法,需综合治疗才能取得满意的疗效。主要治疗方法有全身支持疗法、根据细菌培养药敏结果局部或全身选用抗生素、冲洗或浸浴后喷洒碱性成纤维生长因子和表皮生长因子、手术治疗。

Advances in Treatment of Residual Burn Wounds

The residual burn wounds are usually unresponsive to the treatment with the awkward progress,mainly due to malnutrition,refractory infection,and compromised local circulation.No single monotherapy was suitable for the treatment of residual burn wounds although multiple modalities were available.Therefore,the comprehensive therapy was required to achieve the satisfactory outcomes.The therapeutic regimens consisted mainly of systematic support,local or systematic administration of antibiotics based on the drug-susceptibility testing,application of basic fibroblast growth factors and epidermal growth factors following the rinse or bath,and surgical intervention.
