中药灌肠联合银杏达莫注射液对糖尿病肾病肾功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药灌肠联合银杏达莫注射液对糖尿病肾病( DN)肾功能的影响。方法将130例DN患者随机分为2组。治疗组65例予中药灌肠联合银杏达莫注射液治疗,对照组65例予单纯西药缬沙坦胶囊治疗。2组均治疗10 d后观察疗效和肾功能变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组( P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量较本组治疗前均降低( P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Cr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量较对照组治疗后降低( P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合银杏达莫注射液治疗DN能改善肾功能,延缓肾衰竭的进展。

Observation of Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxingdamo injection on the renal function of dia-betic nephropathy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxingdamo injec-tion on the renal function of diabetic nephropathy ( DN) .Methods 130 cases of DN were randomly divided into two groups.65 cases in treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxingdamo injection .65 cases in control group were given only Valsartan Capsules .The efficacy and renal function change were observed after 10 days of treatment .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group ( P〈0.05).Cr, BUN and 24h urine protein quantitation after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups (P〈0.05).Cr, BUN and 24 h urine protein quantitation in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment (P〈0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxing-damo injection on diabetic nephropathy can improve the renal function and delay the progression of chronic renal fail -ure.
