中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎68例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（ KOA）的临床疗效。方法将108例KOA患者随机分为2组，对照组40例予玻璃酸钠联合富血小板血浆关节腔内注射。治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加中药内服。治疗3个月后采用Lequene评分法评价膝关节功能活动情况，统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率（88．23％）优于对照组（70．00％，P＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后Lequene 各项指标评分均明显降低（P＜0．05），且低于对照组治疗后（P＜0．05）。结论玻璃酸钠联合富血小板血浆关节腔内注射及中药内服治疗KOA临床疗效满意，无副作用，是非手术治疗KOA的理想治疗方案。

Investigation of knee osteoarthritis treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medi-cine

Objective To investigate the effect of knee osteoarthritis （ KOA） treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine .Methods 108 KOA patients were randomly divided into two groups . 40 cases in control group were treated by sodium hyaluronate joint articular injection of platelet -rich plasma.68 cases in treatment group received peroral Chinese herbs on the basis of control group treatment .Knee function activity was e-valuated using the Lequesne score after 3 months of treatment , clinical efficacy was observed .Results The total ef-fective rate in treatment group （88.23%） was superior to that in control group （70.00%, P 〈0.05）.Lequesne in-dexes score after treatment in treatment group was significantly decreased as compared with that before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with intra-articular injection of platelet rich plasma and internal medicines of Chinese medicine has treatment satisfaction on KOA, no side effects, ideal treatment plan of non -surgical treatment of KOA.
