医院绩效考核的研究现状、局限与展望

目的：随着国家医改政策的颁布，医院绩效考核也受到广泛关注，我们对其研究现状进行分析以探索未来研究方向。方法：本文基于文献分析法，简要分析了1979年至今我国医院绩效考核的研究现状，并结合国内外研究，重点对研究内容和技术方法进行了梳理。结果：通过文献整理，形成相应的数据统计结果，在此基础上阐述当前研究现状。结论：指出当前医院绩效考核研究取得的成就和存在的不足，并对医院绩效考核未来的研究方向提出建议。

The Limitation and Prospect of Present Researching Situation of Performance Evaluation in Hospitals

To explore the direction for the future research and by means of literature analysis,the author analyzed the present situation of performance evaluation in our hospital from 1979 till the present,combed mainly the research contents and technical methods and got the relevant statistical result by clearing up the documents. The author also points out the achievements and shortages in current hospital performance evaluation and a certain gap of depth and width in the research of hospital evaluation with foreign countries. Therefore, empirical research and longitudinal study should be enhanced.
