| Abstract: | The process in Department of Obstetrics is the fundamental base to ensure the safety of mothers and babies. The paper introduces the practical process reengineering of diagnosis and treatment mode in Department of Obstetrics,the process reengineering affairs in Department of Obstetrics from the views of process diagnosis,the practical measures for process reengineering and the practical consequence,which provides reference and experience for the process management in hospitals. |
