组织文化四因素理论在医院文化研究中的应用

摘    要:医院文化是由组织文化衍生而来的,所以研究医院文化可以借鉴组织文化的理论和研究方法。组织文化四因素理论兼有定性和定量研究的优点,应用该理论诊断中山医院的文化,分析了中山医院文化的特征、优秀因素以及需要改进之处,可以科学地、有针对性地推动医院文化建设。

Abstract:Hospital culture derives from organizational culture so the theory of organizational culture and the study methods can be used for reference in the study of hospital culture. The four-factor theory of organizational culture has both study characteristics of nature determination and quantity determination, which is used by the author to make diagnosis on culture in Zhongshan Hospital, analyze the characteristics, excellent factors, and room for improvement in Zhongshan Hospital in order to promote the construction of hospital culture scientifically and purposefully.
