不同浓度肝素液封管预防肝脓肿患者动脉置管堵管的观察

目的观察不同浓度肝素液封管预防肝脓肿患者动脉置管堵管的效果。方法将90例肝脓肿动脉置管患者按治疗顺序分A、B、C 3组,每组各30例。肝素封管液浓度A组用25U/ml、B组用37.5U/ml、C组用50U/ml。比较3组患者堵管、局部渗血的发生率。结果 A组堵管发生率明显高于B组及C组,P<0.05;B组与C组堵管发生率比较,P>0.05,B组与C组置管局部渗血率比较,P<0.05。结论肝脓肿动脉置管患者肝素封管液的浓度以37.5U/ml为佳,既可以预防堵管,又能防止出血的发生。

Observation on seal with different concentrations of heparin in preventing occlusion of artery indwelling tube for patients with liver abscess

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of seal with different concentrations of heparin in preventing occlusion of artery indwelling tube for patients with liver abscess.MethodDivide 90 patients with liver abscess into group A,B and C according to treatment order equally.Concentrations of heparin are 25 U/ml in group A,37.5 U/ml in group B and 50 U/ml in group C.Compare the rate of occlusion and local bleeding of patients in three groups.ResultThe rate of occlusion is obviously higher in group A than in group B and C,P〈0.05.The comparison on occlusion between group B and C,P〈0.05.The comparison on local bleeding between group B and C,P〈0.05.Conclusion37.5 U/ml is the best concentration of heparin in preventing occlusion and local bleeding for patients with liver abscess.
