医院实行单病种付费可行性条件研究

摘 要：随着2009年新医改方案的出台和逐步落实，付费机制改革逐渐被提上改革的日程，单病种付费亦已成为卫生改革的方向和必然趋势。本文详细阐述了我国医院实施单病种付费自身需具备的条件和外部支持条件，并提出相应建议和对策，为医院适应单病种付费管理，提高质量，降低医疗费用提供保证。

Study on Feasible Conditions of Payment for Single Disease in Hospitals

With the issue and gradual implementation of new medical reform, the reform of payment mechanism is put on the agenda, and the payment for single disease has been the direction and inevitable trend of medical reform. The authors explain explicitly the conditions and the external supporting conditions of practicing single disease payment in hospitals in China, and point out the related suggestions and countermeasures which guarantee the management of single disease payment suitable for hosPitals, quality improvement and the decrease of medical expenses.
