关于提高中医临床疗效的几点思考

医学的终极目的是为人类的健康服务,只有不断地提高临床疗效,扩大诊治范围,才能满足人们不断增长的保健需求。从理论与实践的关系方面阐述了中医基本理论对当前临床实践的重要指导意义,指出：认真学好中医基本理论,特别是中医经典著作,是提高临床疗效的基础;熟练 掌握辨证论治,是提高临床疗效的关键;要正确认识和应用西医研究成果,不可强以西医的理论标准套用于中医的理论概念,干扰辨证思维,而中青年中医师学习一定的西医基础知识,满足临床需求,并不断积极经验,探索规律,提高诊疗水平,则是必要的。

Some Thoughts about How to Improve the Clinical Curative Effect of TCM

The extreme objective of medicine is to give good service to people.People's request for health care could only be fulfilled by improving the curative effect and expanding the extent of diagnosis and treatment.The importance of theory of TCM and its guidance to clinical practice had been expounded and the author pointed out that the foundation of improving curative effect was to master the basic theory of TCM,especially classical works.To master and employ "diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis" is the key to improve clinical curative effect.The research outcomes of WM should be understood and employed correctly but the theoretical criteria of WM should not be imposed on the theoretical concepts of TCM to disturb the diagnosis thoughts.Yet it is necessary for middle aged and young doctors to study the basic knowledge of WM and accumulate clinical expereinces,to explore the rules and improve the capability of diagnosis and treatment.
