宁波市2003-2007年0～14岁儿童死亡资料分析

目的：分析了解近年宁波市儿童死亡情况,为干预儿童死亡提供参考依据。方法：根据宁波市疾病控制中心提供的宁波市居民死亡报表资料,对2003-2007年0-14岁死亡儿童数据进行统计汇总并分析。结果：宁波市儿童前4位的死因为意外伤害、围生因素、先天畸形染色体异常和肿瘤。5年间死亡率有逐渐下降趋势,下降幅度以肿瘤、围生因素最大。先天畸形染色体异常死亡所占的构成比顺位有上移。结论：要降低宁波市儿童死亡率,在继续做好孕期围生保健的基础上,重点应放在儿童意外伤害的防治和胎儿产前诊断上。前者需要动员全社会,采用多方位的综合措施,加强防范意识,预防儿童意外伤害的发生率和死亡率;后者则应从资源广、操作方便、创伤小且已普遍应用的超声检查着手,加强业务学习,提高诊断水平。

Death causes of children aged under 14 during 2003-2007 in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province

Objective To explore death causes of children in Ningbo city in recent years,so as to provide reference for its intervention.Methods Based on Ningbo residents death statements provided by the centers for disease control in Ningbo city,statistical data of death in children aged under 14 in the year 2003 to 2007 were analyzed.ResultsThe top four reasons causing children s death in Ningbo are accidents,the perinatal factors,congenital malformation chromosomal abnormalities and tumors. Mortality falls gradually during the five years,especially with the perinatal factors and tumors. The constituent ratios of congenital malformation chromosome abnormality of death is slightly rising. Conclusion Based on the perinatal care during pregnancy, the emphasis should be placed on prevention of accidents and fetal prenatal diagnosis in order to reduce child mortality. The whole society should take all comprehensive measures to strengthen awareness ,and The widely--used ultrasound examination can help to prevent children from accidental injury incidence and mortality improve the level of diagnosis.
