腹腔镜子宫切除术21例报告

目的 :总结腹腔镜子宫切除术的临床经验。方法 :分析腹腔镜子宫切除术 2 1例术中术后的情况。结果 :1例中转开腹。 2例术后 5～ 10d阴道出血 ,对症治疗后痊愈。术后随访 1～ 3个月 ,1例有周期性少量阴道出血 ,余无异常。结论 :腹腔镜子宫切除术具有创伤小 ,恢复快 ,阴道结构不变 ,有利于维持盆底结构等优点 ,但镜下操作也存在旋切子宫标本时会将套扎线旋断 ,分离宫旁组织时损伤子宫动脉 ,旋切宫颈组织时残留宫颈黏膜等问题 ,此外 ,还有无论残留子宫肌层组织多少 ,都有再发其他疾病的可能 ,这些均有待探讨

A study of 21 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy

Objective:To explore the advantages and the problem of the laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods: The operative and postoprative situation of twenty-one cases were analyze.Results: One convered to laparotomy,two had vagina hemorrhage and healed after treatment.Followed up 1 3months,the others were all normal except one had periodic vagina hemorrhage.Conclusions:The laparoscopic hysterectomy have many advantages,such as little trauma recover quickly,keep original structure of vagina and pelvic.In the other hand,there are some problem,for example,cut off the fallop ring accidentally,injured the uteri artery when separate the tissue from the uterus,the uterocervical mucous membrane can not be total excised.And whats more,it is possible to have other diseases whatever the uterus muscle tissue remains.
