摘    要:抗生素的广泛应用使人们注意到它对机体防御功能的影响。观察氯霉素和链霉素对大鼠肺巨噬细胞的多种功能改变,结果显示两种抗生素均可使大鼠肺巨噬细胞吞噬中性红能力下降,酵母多糖刺激后鲁米诺依赖的细胞化学发光强度降低,肺巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性减弱和异质荧光染色后一种代表免疫功能活跃的鲜蓝色荧光细胞亚群数量减少。由此表明氯霉素和链霉素能干扰大鼠肺巨噬细肿的正常功能。

Abstract:With the extensive use of antibiotics people have been paying attention to the effects of antibiotics on the host's defense system.In this paper,the author observed the changes of several functions of alveolar macrophages in three, groups (nature saline group, streptomycin group, chloramphenicol group). It is showed that quantitation of neutral red phagocytosed CL peak values, ACP activities and blue alveolar macrophages in streptomycin group and chloramphenicol group are much lower than those of the control group. Blue alveolar macrophages stand for the immune-active subtype in alveolar macrophages stained by thioflavin T. It indicates that chloramphenicol, and streptomycin may interfere with the normal functions of alveolar macrophages from rats.
