| 摘 要： | 用自动式经皮腰椎间盘切除术(APLD)对54例患者进行治疗,总有效率达94％,且无并发症。在L_5-S_1椎间盘,采用髂骨钻孔法,使穿刺、切吸均能顺利进行,穿刺成功率达100％,扩大了该术的应用范围。

| Abstract: | From March 1995 to March 1996, 54 cases with LDH were treated by APLD, the excellent and good fate was 94% and no complication. In L5-S1 disc, percutaneous and discectomy proceed completely with way of boring a hole into ilium. Percutaneous succeeding rate was 100%. The results show that APLD is greatly suitable. |
