全麻复合硬膜外阻滞对肺癌手术循环功能的影响

旨在观察全麻复合硬膜外阻滞对肺癌手术病人循环功能的影响。方法：６０例病人随机等分为两组。实验组用异氟醚吸入全麻复合的段硬膜外阻滞；对照组为常规异氟醚麻醉。结果；实验组，麻醉前４５ｍｉｎ，血压显著下降，以后逐渐恢复正常；对照组，麻醉后４ｍｉｎ，血压显著下降，心率增快。

Effect of gcneral anesthesia combined with epidural block on circulation function of patients with lung cancer during operation

Object:to observe the effect of general anesthesia combined with epiduralblock on circulation function of patients with lung cancer during opration. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups: tested group with isoflurane inhalationcombined with epidural block,control group with isoflurane inhalation. Results: 45minutes before anesthesia,blood pressure in the tested group were decline and werenormal gradually,45 minutes after anesthesia,blood pressures in the control groupwere decline and heart rates were faster. conclusion: general anestheia combinedwith epidural block can protect patients' stress response to traumata during opera-tion,reduce the does of inhaled anesthetic and neuromuscular blocking agent,keepstable condition of circulation during and after anesthesia, reduce pain and pul-monary complication after operation.
