| 摘 要： | 白花丹醌是我国民间常用药白花丹的主要活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗肝纤维化、抗肝损伤、抗炎、抑菌等多种药理学作用。近年来,白花丹醌在抗肿瘤、护肝和抗肝纤维化作用方面已引起了医学界研究者的广泛关注,而白花丹醌在心血管系统的多种药理作用则提示其在防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病方面具有一定的应用前景。本文就白花丹醌的药理作用研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the pharmacology research progress of plumbagin. Plumbagin is the main active ingredient of common folk medicine Plumbago zeylanica Linn., which has multiple pharmacological effects against tumor, hepatic fibrosis, hepatic injury, inflammation, bacteria, etc. And plumbagin has aroused widespread concerns in recent years for its effects against tumor, liver injury and hepatic fibrosis. As it has various pharmacological effects in cardiovascular system, plumbagin may be used in prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases. |
