肝素钠抗凝血浆的心肌酶活力分析

摘    要:目的分析肝素钠抗凝的血浆肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性,探讨肝素钠对心肌酶活力的影响。方法收集经体检证实健康个体113例,其中男性61例,女性52例,同时采集他们的肝素钠抗凝血浆和血清。通过连续监测法测定血浆和血清肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性。结果肝素钠抗凝血浆的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性均值分别为95.4±50.3u/L、13.1±8.1u/L、184.0±41.9u/L、122.7±32.9u/L、26.3±17.9u/L,而血清对照组的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性均值分别为95.9±51.4u/L、12.7±7.5u/L、187.1±36.3u/L、119.6±29.2u/L、26.5±18.5u/L,两种标本的心肌酶活性无显著性差异(所有P值均大于0.05)。结论肝素钠对心肌酶活性无显著影响,肝素钠抗凝血浆可作为心肌酶活性测定的标本,可为临床抢救急性心肌梗死赢得宝贵时间。

Abstract:Objective This study aimed to analyse the activity of creatine phospokinase, creatine phospokinase isoenzyme MB, lactic dehydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and aspartate aminotransferase in plasma anti- coagulated by heparin sodium, and to explore the effect of heparin sodium on myocardial enzyme activity. Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 113 healthy individuals (61 males and 52 females). Plasma anti-coagulated by heparin sodium and serum were separated from peripheral blood. The enzyme activity was determined by continuous monitoring assay for creatine phospokinase, creatine phospokinase isoenzyme MB, lactic dehydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and aspartate aminotransferase. Results The enzyme activity of plasma anti-coagulated by heparin sodium were 95.4 ±50.3 u/L, 13. 1 ±8.1 u/L, 184.0 ±41.9 u/L, 122.7 ±32.9 u/L, and 26.3 ± 17.9 u/L for creatine phospokinase, creatine phospokinase isoenzyme MB, lactic dehydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and aspartate aminotransferase, respectively. While the enzyme activity of serum were 95.9 ±51.4 u/L, 12.7 ±7.5 u/L, 187.1 ±36.3 u/L, 119.6 ±29.2 u/L, and 26.5 ± 18.5 u/L for creatine phospokinase, creatine phospokinase isoenzyme MB, lactic dehydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and aspartate aminotransferase, respectively. There was no significant difference between plasma anti-coagulated by heparin sodium and serum ( all P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Heparin sodium has no effect on the activity of myocardial.enzyme. Plasma anti-coagulated by heparin sodium can be used when analyzing the activity of myocardial enzyme. This will shorten test time for patients with acute myocardial infarction.
