肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌对肝功能及甲胎蛋白的影响

目的：探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）对肝癌患者肝功能和甲胎蛋白（AFP）的影响及治疗效果。方法：分别测定50例肝癌患者TACE术前3 d及术后1 d、3 d、1周的肝功能;术前3 d及术后1周、4周AFP的数值。结果：术后1d、3 d及1周的TBIL、DBIL及术后1 d、3 d的ALT、AST均较术前明显升高（P〈0.01）;术后1周AFP较治疗前相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,术后4周与术前相比差异无显著性。结论：TACE术是一种有效的治疗原发性肝癌的方法,对肝功能有一定的影响。

Changes of Liver Function and AFP in Treatment of Liver Cancer with TACE

Objective：To observe the changes of liver function and AFP in the treatment of liver cancer with TACE. Methods ：Fifty patients with liver cancer underwent TACE,and we compared the liver function 3 days before the treatment with the first ,third and seventh day After the treatment and then we compared AFP 3 days before the treatment with the first and forth week after the treatment. Results ：As compared with preoperation,ALT and AST rosed significantly afer 1 and 3 days postoperation （P〈0. 01）TBIL. and DBIL. rosed significantly after I, 3 days and one week postoperation（P〈0.01）;AFP rosed significantly afer 1week postoperation （P〈0. 05） ,but 4 weeks after TACE,there was no significant difference in the AFP （P〉0.05）. Conclusions ：TACE is a positive and effective way for primary hepatoeellular carcinoma ,but preventive thcrapy for liver function failure has to be taken after the ＂FACE.
