| 摘 要： | 摘要：目的 通过分析454例基本药物引起的药品不良反应病例报告，为确保基本药物安全使用提供参考依据。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，对临邑县2009年1-12月份收集的454例基本药物病例报告进行分类汇总及分析评价。结果 注射剂所占比例最高，引起药品不良反应的品种主要是抗微生物药物。结论 应进一步加强基本药物重点监测，确保公众用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective The references were applied to ensure safe application of essential drug acrossing to analyze the report of the 454 cases of essential drug.Methods 454 ADR reports collected by Linyi County for ADR Monitoring were analyzed using retrospective study method from January to December 2009.ResultsConclusion High ADR occurrence was observed in the injection.,and most of ADR cases were antimicrobial drugs.Further strengthen the focus on monitoring of essential medicines to ensure safe public drug. |
