衢州市城乡人群高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症的调查

目的了解衢州市城乡人群高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症发生情况及与高血压的关系。方法随机抽取城乡1048名20岁以上人群，在调查高血压的同时，检测胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、血糖（GLU）、血尿酸（UR），并对结果进行分析。结果高TC检出率为5．25％，高TG检出率为19．85％，低HDL检出率为9．92％，高GLU检出率为11.45％，高UR检出率为6．39％；高TC、高TG、低HDL、高GLU城市显著高于农村（P〈0．05），高UR城乡差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；男性高UR检出率明显高于女性（P〈0．05），其它差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症检出率随年龄增长而增高；高血压病人高TC、高TG、高GLU、高UR检出率明显高于正常血压人群（P〈0．05）。但低HDL检出率两组人群差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症是中老年人的高发病，与高血压密切相关。应引起高度重视。

The surveys of high serum level of lipid, glucose and uric acid in Quzhou city and country

Objective To explore the relationship between hypertension and high serum level of lipid,glucose and uric acid in Quzhou city and country.Method While sampling surveys of hypertension,1048 peoples over 20 years old were asked to measure the serum level of cholesterol (TC) triglyceride (TG) ,high density lipid (HDL) glucose(GLU)and uric acid(UR).The data were analyzed.Results The incidence of high serum level of cholesterol was 5.25 % ,high serum level of triglyceride was 19.85%,low HDL was 9.92% ,high serum level of GLU was 11.45% ,high serum level of UR was 6.39%.The incidence of high serum level of TC,TG,and GLU and the incidence of low serum level of HDL in city people were significantly higher than that in country people.However,the incidence of high serum level of UR had no difference between city people and country people,but was significantly different between male people and female people.The incidence of high serum level of lipid,glucose and uric acid were increasing with age .The incidence of high serum level of TC,TG,GLU and UR was significantly higher in people with hypertension than that in people with normal blood pressure,but the incidence of low serum level of HDL had no difference.Conclusion The incidence of high serum level of lipid glucose and uric acid is high among middle-old aged people and is closely related with hypertension.
