中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎78例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将204例患者随机分为西药组64例、中药组62例、中西医结合组78例，分别进行西药、中药、中西医结合治疗。结果西药组有效率84、38％，中药组有效率82、26％，中西医结合组有效率94、87％，毒副反应明显降低，经统计学处理，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效可靠，其毒副作用小，明显优于中药组和西药组。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF COMBINED TREATMENT OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE AND WESTERN MEDICINE ON 78 PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 204 patients were divided into western medicine group(64 cases), traditional chinese medicine group(62 cases), combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group(78 cases), who were treated with western medicine, traditional chinese medicine and combined treatment of chinese medicine and western medicine respectivly. Results The efficient rate of western medicine group, traditional chinese medicine group, chinese and combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine group were 84. 38%, 82. 26%, 94. 87%, respectivly. There was significant difference( X2 = 6. 096, P< 0. 05) between the three groups. Conclusion The curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine 'on rheumatoid arthritis is reliable, and obviously superior to those of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and western medicine therapy, besides its poisonous side effect is little too.
