| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅骨钻孔置管引流治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2004年6月至2007年8月采用颅骨钻孔、血肿抽吸和置管引流治疗46例基底节区高血压脑出血的病人资料。结果46例病人中,45例治疗效果满意,死亡1例。结论颅骨钻孔、血肿抽吸+引流是微创治疗高血压脑出血较理想的方法。

Cranial Drilling and Catheter Drainage in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage in Basal Ganglia |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the methods and curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia treated by cranial drilling and catheter drainage.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the data of 46 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia treated by cranial drilling,hematoma aspiration and catheter drainage from June 2004 to August 2007 in the department of our hospital.Results Of 46 cases of patients,45 cases were treated with satisfied effec,and one died.Conclusion Cranial drilling,hematoma aspiration and catheter drainage is an ideal approach of minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
