摘    要:目的 :观察光固化流动复合树脂封闭正畸托槽周边的牙釉质预防脱矿的疗效。方法 :对正畸患者实验组牙托槽周边的牙釉质进行光固化流动复合树脂封闭 ,对比正畸治疗结束后实验组与对照组牙釉质脱矿程度的差异。同时扫描电镜观察不同材料与离体牙牙釉质表面形成的粘接面。结果 :实验组牙釉质脱矿减少 ,差异有显著性 ;光固化流动复合树脂与牙釉质表面形成的结合面内存在微小裂隙。结论 :光固化流动复合树脂封闭正畸托槽周边的牙釉质 ,能有效预防固定正畸治疗过程中牙釉质脱矿。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effect of enamel sealing method with flowable composite resin to prevent decalcification during orthodontic treatment.Methods: 116 othodontic patients were chosen to seal the enamel around the brackets on their teeth of experiment group during orthodontic treatment. The decalcification difference between experiment and control group was evaluated. The interface between enamel and resin was observed under scanning electron microscope.Results: Comparing with control group, enamel decalcification decreased with statistically significant difference in experiment group. There were tiny gaps or voids in hybrid layer of flowable composite resin.Conclusion: Sealing the enamel around the brackets with flowable composite resin can prevent the enamel from decalcificating during orthodontic treatment.
