摘    要:目的 研究人端粒酶RNA(hTR)在涎腺腺样囊性癌 (adenoidcysticcarcinoma;ACC)中的表达 ,探讨hTR与细胞增殖之间的关系及其临床意义。方法 采用原位杂交和免疫组化技术检测 19例涎腺ACC和 4例正常涎腺组织标本。结果 涎腺ACC组织中hTR表达显著增高 ( P <0 .0 0 1)且与病理分型有关 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,hTR表达与PCNA表达间呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 hTR表达可能和涎腺组织增殖恶变有关

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of human telomerase RNA(hTR) in adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) of salivary glands and to evaluate the relationship between hTR activity and PCNA expression.Methods Nineteen cases of ACC and 4 normal salivary glands were investigated by using in situ-mRNA hybridization(ISH) and immunohistochemical technique.Results Measured by HPIAS-1000 image analysis system,hTR expression was found significantly increased in ACC compared with normal salivary glands(P< 0.001 ). HTR levels were significantly different among ACC phenotypes(P< 0.05 ).The statistic analyses showed that there were some correlations between hTR and PCNA expression.Conclusion hTR may play a crucial role in the tumorigenesis and progress of ACC,it may be an early event in malignancy.
