豚鼠离体心脏在不同电导率的液态媒质中的电势分布

摘    要:目的和方法:在电导率不同的3种液态媒质中,采集39只豚鼠肉体心脏左右室壁外侧不同测试点的心电图,比较不同液态媒质中相同测试点的R波振幅,以查明液态媒质电导率对其电势分布的影响。结果电导率高的生理盐水中,心电电势的降落比在电导率低的5%葡萄糖液、蒸馏水中的电势降落都显著(P<0.01)。结论液态媒质的电导率与其电势成负相关,心电是以电场的方式分布于媒质中。

Abstract:The ECGs from 39 isolted guinea-pigs' heart immersed in three kinds of fluid media with different conductivities were recorded at 16 points on the direct outside of the both left and right ventricles. The amplitudes of R waves were measured and compared. The difference in between nor mal saline group water and the other two groups significant (P<0.01 ),while the difference between later two solutions was not significant (P>0. 01 ). The results,showing the negative relation between the conductivity of one fruid medium and voltage within it,indicate that it would be of electric field rather than electric current that plays the most important role in the existence of the electrocardiac.
